In the last several years, I have turned my knowledege and experience to the other side of the stage and camera into the role of director.
As a director, collaboration and sharing creativity with the actors and production team is essential. It is also the most rewarding. I enter a project with an image and plan, but always leave room for discoveries, and often, creative problem solving. I view it as a team effort and I am guiding and coaching.
My roots and passion are primarily in classical works, but I am always open to modern plays and especially new plays if they come my way.
On the more distant horizon, I plan on co-producing and directing a film version of one of the Jacobean plays.
